Items needed:
- 5 lbs bag of potatoes
- Miracle whip
- Butter
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- Sugar
- White vinegar
- Yellow mustard
- Cream of celery
- Taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
- Taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
- Paprika for garnish
6 hard boiled eggs in a separate pot
3 pounds of cut potatoes into ¾-inch chunks
Do not put potatoes in water until it’s boiling
7 cups of hot water in a pot for potatoes add
- 1 Tbsp of taste of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
- 4 Tbsp of taste of Juanita’s regular seasoning
- 2 Tbsp of butter
Boil for 15 minutes only drain and let cool
While potatoes are cooling put together your salad by peeling your 6 eggs and dicing the eggs and add into your mixing bowl then add:
- ¼ cup of cream of celery
- ½ cup of miracle whip
- 1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp of Juanita’s regular seasoning
- ½ tsp of Juanita’s spicy seasoning
- 3 pounds of ¾ chunks potatoes
Mix well and serve
